Review of the Overwhelm Solution Program:
Cassandra R.
I began my journey in healthcare as a registered nurse, where I witnessed firsthand what happens when people neglect their physical and mental health. Day after day, I saw the toll it takes, but it wasn’t until I faced my own challenges that I truly understood the importance of self-care.
My wake-up call came during one of the most challenging times of my life. My mom, my best friend, was diagnosed with end-stage cancer. At the same time, I was juggling the demands of caring for a newborn and a seven-year-old. I was constantly putting everyone else first, and it caught up with me—I started experiencing panic attacks.
That’s when I realized: I have to take care of myself, or my entire family will suffer. I hired my own health coach to help me prioritize my well-being, and through that journey, I overcame the exhaustion and overwhelm that were triggering my panic attacks. The transformation was life-changing, and I came to understand how vital it is to help others do the same.
Now, I’ve made it my mission to support other moms in overcoming the obstacles that keep us from living the happy, healthy, and balanced lives we’ve always dreamed of. Without the mom guilt attached!
Motherhood doesn’t have to come with constant overwhelm and exhaustion. There are practical ways to ease these challenges, and when we prioritize our health and well-being, we not only benefit ourselves but also set an example for our kids. They learn to value their own well-being by watching us do the same. It’s truly a win-win.
Today, I’m honored to witness incredible transformations in the moms I work with. Helping others create a life of balance, energy, and joy is more than my work—it’s my passion and purpose.

Like so many perimenopausal moms, I once found myself running on empty—completely drained, overwhelmed, and guilty for even wanting a break.
Between caring for my kids, supporting my family, and navigating the emotional and physical fatigue of perimenopause, I hit a breaking point.
Hiring a coach changed everything. I learned how to put my well-being back on the list—without guilt—and discovered simple, practical ways to reclaim my energy and calm.
Now, it’s my mission to help other exhausted perimenopausal moms step out of survival mode and rediscover balance, joy, and confidence in both motherhood and themselves.
